TASTING NOTE :
VISUAL PHASE: Straw color with greenish irisations and gold reflections. Clean and bright appearance.
OLFATIVE PHASE: Intense, fruit prevails over the barrel, which gives it aromatic complexity. Notes of ripe yellow apple, melon, pineapple, fruity fruit, butter and vanilla, along with very subtle toasted reminiscences of the wood.
GUSTATORY PHASE: In the mouth it is a wine with body, tasty, with a certain unctuousness, dense and creamy. Complex, with long lasting memories. Wood well integrated with fruity feel. Long-distance wine. Sensations of roasted white fruit, cinnamon on branch and short spicy finish.
